 How to make potato hash brownies






a recipe for potato hash brownies: Ingredients: - 4 medium-sized potatoes - 1/2 cup flour - 1/2 tsp baking powder - 1/2 tsp salt - 1/4 tsp black pepper - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese - 1/4 cup chopped green onions - 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon - 2 large eggs - 1/4 cup milk - 2 tbsp vegetable oil.

Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). 

2. Peel the potatoes and grate them using a food processor or a grater.

 3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt and pepper. 

4. Add the grated potatoes, cheddar cheese, green onions and bacon to the bowl, and stir until everything is evenly combined.

 5. In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. 6. Pour the egg mixture over the potato mixture, and stir until everything is evenly combined. 
7. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. 8. Using a large spoon or cookie scoop, scoop the potato mixture onto the skillet, pressing down to form a patty.

 9. Fry the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, until they're golden brown and crispy. 10. Transfer the patties to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, until they're fully cooked and slightly browned. 11. Serve the potato hash brownies hot, garnished with extra green onions and bacon, if desired. Enjoy!
